1.3. By using our services, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. Any deviations may lead to termination of services.

2. Eligibility and Assessment

2.1. All clients must undergo an initial assessment to determine the suitability of the services provided by the Rehabilitation Center.

2.2. The assessment will be carried out by qualified professionals, and a treatment plan will be developed based on the assessment results.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1. The Client is responsible for the payment of all fees associated with the services rendered. Fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule.

3.2. The Rehabilitation Center reserves the right to change fees with advance notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. The Client is required to provide at least 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a missed appointment/advance fee.

5. Confidentiality

5.1. The Rehabilitation Center staff is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. However, there are legal exceptions to confidentiality, such as suspected child abuse or harm to self or others.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Clients are expected to behave respectfully and professionally at all times within the Rehabilitation Center premises.

6.2. Any disruptive, abusive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of services.

7. Termination of Services

7.1. The Rehabilitation Center reserves the right to terminate services if a client's behavior poses a risk to staff, other clients, or disrupts the therapeutic environment.

8. Non-Discrimination Policy

8.1. The Rehabilitation Center adheres to a strict non-discrimination policy and does not discriminate against clients on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other protected category.

9. Emergency Procedures

9.1. In the event of an emergency or health-related issue, the Rehabilitation Center will take necessary actions to ensure the safety and well-being of the client.

10. Client Feedback

10.1. The Rehabilitation Center welcomes feedback and suggestions from clients. Clients are encouraged to voice any concerns or provide feedback to improve services.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, The National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999, and Rehabilitation Council of India Act, 1992.

12. Adherence to Section 19 of the RCI Act of 1992

12.1. Our clinic operates in accordance with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) Act of 1992, including Section 19 which mandates the registration of qualified rehabilitation professionals.

12.2. All professionals providing rehabilitation services at our clinic are registered with the RCI under Section 19 of the Act. We only employ rehabilitation professionals who have obtained recognized qualifications as defined by the RCI. You can verify the RCI registration status of any of our professionals by visiting the RCI website or requesting their registration number.
