Mohammad Imtiaz has been very helpful, prompt and understanding of the situation with regard to the hearing aid that my father has been using since 8 months. My father, a super senior citizen, requires regular tuning and adjustments in the hearing aid and Mohammad Imtiyaz has been attending to his needs promptly.
