Consultations have been afforded with careful observations of the patient's problems, interactions take place in the process of whatever needs have to be addressed and that is given with patience, and careful analysis, to the satisfaction of the hearing aid user. I am a 91 year old lady and my requirements in hearing are very specific to my needs in activities of daily living pertaining to the area of my services to children with intellectual disabilities. I am provided with the support I need to my satisfaction.
Mohammad Imtiaz has been very helpful, prompt and understanding of the situation with regard to the hearing aid that my father has been using since 8 months. My father, a super senior citizen, requires regular tuning and adjustments in the hearing aid and Mohammad Imtiyaz has been attending to his needs promptly. Due to my father's age(90 yrs), the hearing aid is taking quite a number of sittings to get adjusted and Mohammad has been very patiently attending till date.
I visited the premises due to tinnitus as a result of brain surgery. After necessary audiology tests, I consulted Mr. Imtiaz for guidance on hearing aids. He guided me professionally and we explored all the available options with regards hearing aids. He lent a hearing aid for a few days so that I could choose the right aids that befits my requirement. With diligent guidance I have had a comprehensive leap in my hearing abilities.
